Damien Gallagher has spent over two decades in software and product delivery, working at every level, from hands-on teams to enterprise portfolios, and across organisations of every size, from small SME development studios to Fortune 500 enterprises.

His career began in engineering and lean manufacturing, where he developed a deep understanding of value flow and process optimisation. He then transitioned into the video games and middleware industry, co-founding studios, shipping titles on multiple platforms, and leading production teams through complex, time-boxed delivery challenges.

From 2016, Damien moved into financial services, specialising in enterprise agile transformation at Tata Consultancy Services/Pramerica and later Fidelity Investments. There, he coached teams, programmes, and leadership groups on Scrum, Kanban, and scaled approaches, and became an ICAgile-accredited trainer, designing 5 accredited courses and delivering 33 two-day classes to over 500 trainees globally, with several courses ranked in the top global cohorts for learner satisfaction.

His approach is grounded in systems thinking, lean principles, and data-driven decision-making. He built custom Power BI dashboards for throughput forecasting and constraint analysis, and designed tailored Kanban frameworks that delivered measurable efficiency gains.

Since mid-2025, Damien has been building Mullagher Ltd., developing AI-enabled SaaS products, authoring a series of books on business agility and flow, and offering consulting services that draw on everything he has learned across two decades of helping teams deliver end to end, full vertical stack, and at multiple levels throughout and across organisations.
