AI Ways of Working

Turn AI Potential Into Practical Business Impact

A dedicated suite of courses that builds the human capability to use AI well. This is business-focused enablement for the whole organisation, not technical training for software engineers. The goal is simple: help your people work with AI safely, confidently and in ways that create real, sustainable value.

Human + AI collaboration, not AI replacing people

Every course is grounded in one belief: AI works best alongside people, amplifying human judgement rather than removing it. We focus on business-led enablement within safe governance, IT and security guardrails, so teams can experiment and improve without creating risk.

Leadership 1 Day

Leading AI-Enabled Business & Product Teams

AI changes more than individual productivity. It changes what teams can do for themselves, how work flows, how decisions are made, and where the traditional boundaries between business and technology begin to shift. This practical leadership course helps managers create the conditions for effective Human + AI collaboration while maintaining appropriate governance and oversight. A major theme is enabling business teams to solve more of their own problems using approved AI tools, agents and automation, knowing when a need can be met locally and when technology, security or governance teams should be involved.

Who it’s for: Line managers, team leaders, functional and department managers, heads of function, product and service leaders and business change leaders. Not focused on C-suite strategy or technical AI architecture.

What You’ll Cover

  • Understand how AI changes the capabilities of business teams
  • Recognise the shift from AI as a personal productivity tool to a new way of working
  • Identify opportunities for business-led AI enablement
  • Understand when teams can solve needs locally and when escalation is required
  • Create appropriate guardrails for safe experimentation
  • Support Human + AI collaboration within teams
  • Help teams identify and redesign inefficient workflows
  • Understand the manager's role in AI adoption
  • Manage changing roles, responsibilities and expectations
  • Encourage experimentation without creating uncontrolled AI sprawl
  • Work effectively with IT, security, governance and other functions
  • Identify capability and knowledge gaps within the team
  • Support continuous learning and knowledge sharing
  • Measure value, learning and business outcomes rather than simply AI usage
  • Escalate broader systemic constraints to organisational leadership

Don't just introduce AI tools. Create the environment in which teams can safely change how work gets done.
